During ICML 2019 in Lugano, Switzerland, the Lymphoma Hub were pleased to speak to Preetesh Jain from MD Anderson Cancer Center, Houston, US, about which patients with mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) could benefit most from ibrutinib plus rituximab in the front-line setting.
Preetesh Jain describes the front-line study investigating a chemo-free treatment regimen in untreated, low-risk elderly patients, which produced a response rate of almost 93%.
